The room was spacious with a beautiful view of downtown.
The elevators were not all operational, leading to long wait times.

Great Family Getaway with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our two-night stay in the deluxe room, but facing issues like no hot water was disappointing. The kids loved the outdoor seating at the onsite restaurant. For families, I'd recommend checking for room maintenance before settling in. Overall, a nice experience with some room for enhancement.

Had a great time with friends! We loved being close to the Ontario Science Centre and enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. The outdoor tennis court was nice too. Just a heads up for future guests—while the rooms were nice, we had some minor issues with communication at the front desk. Overall, a fun stay!
Had a bit of trouble with front desk service. We needed help with requests, and it took multiple tries to get them sorted out. It could be frustrating at times.

The Pan Pacific Toronto was perfect for my stay! The room was spacious with a fantastic corner view and a cozy balcony. Comfy bed and high-quality toiletries made my experience even better. The fitness facility was a plus, offering 24-hour access and plenty of equipment.
The parking cost could be more affordable.

The room was super spacious and spotless, with a comfy king bed. I loved the complimentary water bottles and the overall quiet vibe in there. The bathroom was clean, but could use a little more attention on some surfaces. Totally dug the fragrance in the lobby as well. Overall, a solid stay!

What a mess!
Staying here was such a wild ride! My partner got stuck in an elevator for ages. There were like major power issues when we checked in. We also had a ceiling tile fall on us. I mean, seriously? The staff were not that helpful with all these problems. On a brighter note, the bar had some good drinks to enjoy afterwards.

I loved the cozy vibe of the hotel lounge where the friendly staff made every meal feel special! The delicious breakfast had fab sausages that were truly next-level. Plus, it was great to have a decent pub across the road for late-night snacks.
The overall experience was slightly tarnished by the slow elevator, which sometimes felt like it was taking ages. Plus, delicate details like the balcony being dirty could’ve been an easy fix!

The hotel's lobby is beautifully designed with elegant decor, providing a welcoming atmosphere. It’s easily accessible, making it convenient for seniors like me to move around comfortably without any hassle.
More senior-friendly seating in common areas would help.

missingWrote a review on Jul 03elegant decorspacious roomscomfortable atmospherehousekeeping issues
The lobby features elegant decor that creates a high-end vibe, reminiscent of luxury hotels in Asia. The spacious rooms provide a comfortable atmosphere conducive to relaxation, with excellent bedding ensuring a good night's sleep.
Housekeeping fell short at times, with missing towels and other essentials like cups and waters often forgetful. Room service responses were hit or miss. on some occasions, no bathroom towels arrived despite the refresh sign. Additionally, the parking situation can be confusing, necessitating direct payments rather than room charges, which feels outdated.

Couples looking for cozy comfort
The staff was lovely, very attentive to our needs. The restaurant? The food was delicious, and we even had a nice chat with the bartender who shared some local secrets.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but you know, still acceptable.
